When you use our website or book a consultation, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any information you provide during a demo call. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your information to: respond to your enquiry, book and conduct consultations, send you relevant follow-ups, improve our service, and run advertising through Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and show relevant ads. This involves sharing hashed (anonymised) data with Meta. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook ad settings.
When you book a consultation, an event is created on our Google Calendar. This includes your name, phone number, and email address.
When you use the "Call me now" feature, an AI assistant will call you. The call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Call recordings are stored securely and not shared with third parties.
Your data is stored using Vercel (hosting), Upstash (temporary data), Google Sheets (lead records), and n8n (automation). All services use encryption in transit and at rest.
